With cherished hearts for a life well lived, the family of Edward “Ed” George Truhn of Cold Lake, Alberta is deeply saddened to announce the passing of their beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at the age of 69 years.

Ed is lovingly survived by his wife of 39 years: Judy Truhn; children: Travis Truhn, Kalyn Truhn; treasured grandchildren: Hudson, Grayson, Quenten, Jessy, Jratyn, Keaton, Aurora; brothers: Ron (Debby) Truhn, Gerald (Lynda) Truhn; sister-in-law: Josie Truhn; many nieces and nephews, as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.

Ed was predeceased by his parents: Norman & Betty Truhn; sisters: Audrey Bokota, Eva Ganske; brother: John Truhn; brothers-in-law: Ted Bokota, Pat Ganske.

Celebration of Life, Monday, September 2, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., at the Ardmore Community Hall, Ardmore, AB with Reverend Stephen Sparks officiating. Urn Bearer: Travis Truhn. Final Resting Place, Duclos Memorial Cemetery, Ardmore, AB.
