On Wednesday, Michael Menzies caught up with the seven graduating players from the Lakeland Heat Jr. B Lacrosse team.
This team had a very impressive season, winning the North Division title, Provincial gold, and a silver at the MacDonald Cup.
Their provincial gold winning banner will be hung in both Bonnyville and Cold Lake, recognizing the variety of players from both communities, as well as areas like Pierceland.
Here are the seven players and their head coach.
