In Loving Memory: Kenneth Gilkinson – Northern Lights Funeral Chapel

On Friday, July 19, 2024 Kenneth “Ken” Gilkinson of Cold Lake,

Alberta passed away peacefully with his wife and children by his

side.

Ken will be forever remembered and loved by his wife of 48 years:

Joanna Gilkinson; children: Tara Gilkinson and Terrance

Gilkinson; siblings: Gerry Gilkinson, Patricia Pritchard, Kevin

Gilkinson; sister-in-law: Kim Gilkinson; as well as numerous

nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Ken was predeceased by his parents: John & Christina Gilkinson;

brothers: Brian “Kim” Gilkinson, Terrance B Gilkinson.

Ken served 48 years in the military; reserves, regulars and cadet

instructor cadre. He was proud of his time serving his country, his

work with shaping the new generation with cadets and touched

many lives in the process.

A Celebration of Ken’s life will be on the 31 August 2024, from 1

till 4 at the Cold Lake Legion
