APPEL D’OFFRES CONCIERGERIE – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS JANITORAL SERVICES

EXIGENCES DU POSTE:
§ Les tâches de du contractant se limitent au nettoyage de l’intérieur du bâtiment ainsi que des fenêtres
et des déchets extérieures. Une description complète du travail peut être fournie au besoin.
§ Le contractant effectuera des tâches de nettoyage quotidiennes et hebdomadaires, ainsi que des tâches
additionnelles pendant les vacances de Noël, de printemps et d’été, ou en fonction des besoins.
§ Tous équipements et matériels nécessaires à l’exécution des travaux seront fournis par le Conseil
scolaire.
§ Le contractant doit fournir la preuve d’une assurance responsabilité civile d’au moins 5,000,000$
(cinq millions de dollars) et une protection contre les accidents du travail (WCB).
§ Le contractant doit respecter les lois et règlements de la Loi sur la santé et la sécurité au travail, les
procédures du Système d’information sur les matières dangereuses utilisées au travail (WHMIS), ainsi
que les normes de transport des matières dangereuses.
§ Le contractant doit fournir une attestation judiciaire de la GRC (secteur vulnérable) annuellement
pour certifier son emploi.
§ Le contractant doit respecter les lois de l’Alberta concernant la liberté d’information et la protection de
la vie privée (FOIP).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ The duties of the Contractor are limited to the cleaning of the interior of the building as well as the
exterior windows and garbage. Full scope of work can be provided upon request.
§ The Contractor will perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks with additional tasks to be completed
during Christmas, spring and summer break, or as needed.
§ All equipment and supplies required for the work to be executed will be supplied by the Board.
§ The Contractor must present proof a Liability Insurance no less than $5,000,000 (five million dollars)
and worker’s compensation protection (WCB).
§ The Contractor must provide an annual criminal record check (vulnerable sector) to certify their
employment.
§ The Contractor must adhere to the laws and regulations of the Occupational Health and Safety Act,
the procedures of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS), as well as
adhere to the standards of transportation for hazardous materials.
§ The Contractor must respect the laws of Alberta concerning the Freedom of Information and
Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP).
