Northern Truck & Industrial Supplies is the best in the country.
At least on the Traction side of their business. They recently received the news they were named best in western Canada and best overall in Canada.
It’s the first time in the 25 year history of the shop that they’ve recognized on such a big scale.
“That’s quite huge,” said owner Taylor Mattice.
“It can’t be won without everyone’s involvement. The fact we have the number one parts team, the number one back-end crew, the best purchaser. We have every team player we need to make it happen.”
Traction is the same type of NAPA program, but exclusively tailors to heavy equipment like trucks, semis, and agriculture equipment.
With roughly 100 different traction outlets in competition, it’s a big achievement for their staff of 15.
It dovetails neatly with their 25th anniversary and major event they have planned this summer.
On June 21-22, they are having a Backhoe Hoedown Competition, with the opportunity to win thousands in NAPA gifts.
It’ll be a family affair with bouncy houses, food trucks, and also VR experiences, along with a Show & Shine, and Trade Show.
Mattice thanked the customers for their continued support in order to achieve the feat and welcomes everyone for the 25th anniversary event next month.
