St. Paul RCMP are advising residents of Saddle Lake Cree Nation to shelter in place as they are currently searching for a suspect involved in an incident, police said at 2:43pm on Thursday afternoon.
Police are asking residents in this area to lock their doors and stay inside. Please ensure your vehicles are locked and the keys are not in them.
Residents are asked not to put on social media the specifics of actions of what police are doing in order to not compromise the situation.
An update will be sent when more information becomes available.
