In Loving Memory: Andrew Franchuk – Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel

On March 31, 2024, Mr. Andrew Franchuk of Smoky Lake passed away at the age of 79 years.  He is survived by 2 daughters, Penny (Trevor) Tychkowsky & Patty Franchuk; 2 grandchildren, Larissa (Corey) & Jordan (Haley); sister-in-law, Helen Franchuk; numerous nieces & nephews.  Mr. Franchuk was predeceased by his wife, Pauline in 2021; parents, Harry & Annie; brothers, John, Mike, Nick & Ernie; 5 sisters, Helen, Pearl, Margaret, Mary & Vicky.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul.  A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 5 at 10:30 a.m. at Ukrainian National Hall, Smoky Lake.  Reverend Father Benny Ambrosie will be officiating, with inurnment in St. Pokrova Orthodox Cemetery, Edwand at a later date.  Those wishing to view a recording of the service may do so by clicking the Live Service tab on our website the following day.  If desired, donations may be made to St. Pokrova Orthodox Church c/o 5626 51 Street, St. Paul AB T0A 3A1.
