On Saturday, March 9, 2024, Amy Gadwa passed away unexpectedly at the age of 40 years.

Amy will be forever remembered and loved by her children: Elajha Gadwa (Andrew), Korbin Gadwa-Amahoose, Ebaney Gadwa-Amahoose, Joyce Janvier-Gadwa, Grace Janvier-Gadwa; mother: Doris Gadwa; father: Napolean Auger; adopted parents: Louise Gadwa & Don MacInnis and their children Lorne Cuthand (Marcella), Dawn Gadwa MacInnis; godparents: Pauline Gadwa & William Dumais; siblings: Dean Gadwa, Leslie Gadwa, Randy Gadwa, April Gadwa, Claudine Watchmaker (Matthew), Tarah Gadwa (Randall), Denise Anderson (Jessica), Darryl Gadwa (Cheryl), Ashley Gadwa, Casey Gadwa John (Dillion); as well as numerous aunts, uncles, extended relatives & many friends.

Amy was predeceased by her grandparents: Mary Jean & Fred Gadwa.

Wake, Thursday, March 14 & Friday, March 15, 2024, Kehewin Community Centre. Funeral service, Saturday, March 16, 2024, Kehewin Community Centre with interment at St. Joseph Cemetery, Kehewin Cree Nation.
