Service Writer,
We at Smyl RV Centre are looking for a Service writer to join our team.
Applicants Qualifications:
– Professional customer service skills
– Good computer skills
– Have good organizational skills
– Be able to change and prioritize jobs
– Be a team player
– Able to keep calm in stressful situations
Job Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls
– Booking customers in
– Opening and closing work orders in a timely manner
– Receiving payment from customers
– Updating customers on progress of the trailer
– Retaining information on Complaints of customer units in helping diagnoses
issues correctly.
– Processing manufacturer warranty and contacting manufacturers when issues
come up.
Our hours are Monday to Friday- 8 am to 5 pm.
