With broken hearts, the family of Darcy Henderson Ochuschayoo of Big Island Lake Cree Nation, Saskatchewan is saddened to announce his unexpected passing on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at the age of 55 years.

Darcy is lovingly survived by his common-law wife of 20 years: Jenny Wahpistikwan; sons: Dwight (Nikki), Tyler, Reno, Dj, Yezerman, Darwin, Morgan, Lazner; daughters: Erica, Agnes, Marty, Darcy, Dassah, Doreen; grandchildren: Drayden, Kashtin, Tayven, Keenan, Kole, Lorne, Faith, Kalea, Janae; brothers: Leon Ochuschayoo, Clifford Ochuschayoo, Sanford Ochuschayoo; sisters: Hazel Ochuschayoo, Teresa Pendleton, Iris Partridge; mother: Joyce Partridge; good friend: Pauline Keenatch.

Darcy was predeceased by his son: Aaron Benson; father: Allan Cook; sister: Lorna Ochuschayoo; grandchild: Ranchaua Chief; nephews and niece; Cody Ochuschayoo, Harley Cheenanow, Haley Cheenanow.
