The start of the holiday season in Bonnyville is coming this Saturday, with the annual Santa Claus Parade and Festival of Trees.
Expect the parade to start at 5:00pm on Saturday with the route beginning at Player’s Lounge, and leading right to the Centennial Centre.
Starting at 10:00am that morning, there are photos with Santa available, and later that afternoon photos can be taken with the Grinch.
Many local businesses have stepped up to design trees that you could win by buying ticket draws. The proceeds from this go to the Bonnyville Health Foundation.
You can also shop in Santa’s Secret Shop, with a 50/50 and silent auction.
