On October 18th at 9:00 AM the Bonnyville RCMP received a report of a stolen yellow CASE skid-steer from a job site on the 5200 block of 50th Ave in Bonnyville.  Two hours later a member of the Bonnyville RCMP who was traveling to Edmonton noted GMC pickup truck hauling a trailer with a similar skid steer on highway 28 near Waskatenau and pulled it over.  The skid-steer was confirmed to have been the one stolen in Bonnyville earlier that morning.  50 year old Tara Cartwright of Edmonton and 37 year old Alexander Kalashnikoff of Red Deer are both charged with Possession of Stolen Property over $5000 and will appear in Smoky Lake Provincial court on November 2nd.  The skid-steer was returned to its owner.

On October 21 just before 2:00 PM the Bonnyville RCMP were dispatched to a residence on Range Road 463 near Township Road 61532 just north of Bonnyville for an intoxicated female that had just assaulted someone and threatened to kill them.  Police attended and arrested 31 year old Tanille Night of Kehewin.  She is charged with Assault and Utter Threats.  She was brought before a Justice of the Peace for a bail hearing and was released on conditions and is set to appear in court on November 7th.

On October 26th the theft of a motorcycle was reported from the 4800 block of 53A Street in Bonnyville.  The motorcycle is described as a red 2008 Derbi Atlantis Bullet with Alberta licence plate SKB21.  Of note there is tape on the rear view mirror.  Anyone with information on the whereabouts of this motorcycle is asked to call the Bonnyville RCMP.

On October 26th at supper time a family had pulled into the parking lot of a local fast food restaurant when another couple pulled up beside them in a pickup truck.  A female exited the pickup truck and engaged in a verbal altercation with the female from the first vehicle.  The altercation turned physical whereby female from the pickup truck physically assaulted the victim then fled the scene.  The victim sustained minor injuries.  RCMP located the suspect later that evening and charges are pending against the 29 year old from Kehewin.  The assault was targeted and not believed to be random.
