RCMP say there’s been a few more vehicle thefts this week.

– On August 24th a black 2011 Toyota Avalon with Alberta licence CGL 1452 was stolen from the Vezeau Beach area.  The vehicle had been left running, unlocked with the keys inside.  The RCMP would like to again remind motorists that there is unfortunately no safe place to leave a vehicle running with the keys inside and to urge everyone to lock their vehicles and not leave the keys inside.

– Sometime between August 15-21 a 2009 dark blue Suzuki motorcycle (no licence plate) was stolen from an address on the 4300 block of 48 Avenue.

– Sometime overnight on August 17th unknown culprit(s) attended a residence in the 4300 block of 42 Street where a victim had his quad and trailer parked.  They cut the hitch lock off the trailer and made off with it and the quad.  Police are looking for the 2007 Brown Polaris 500 Quad with Alberta licence plate ZH 578 and the 2005 black Trail Pro trailer with licence plate 5ET 484.
