As students prepare for final exams and diplomas, a bit of a break was afforded to them to unwind before the final push.
Assumption Jr/Sr High School hosted a Mental Health Carnival on Thursday, June 8.
Students got to participate in carnival games, crafts, and other outdoor activities. Spurred by their Mental Health Matters Campaign, the event also had learning opportunities to support mental wellness.
The school invited the Lakeland Humane Society, Action for Healthy Communities, and Mental Health Matters Campaign sponsor, Imperial Cold Lake.
