On June 1, 2023, Frank Moosewah of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 51 years.

He is survived by his mother, Gloria Moosewah; children, Frankie (Kerey), Louis (Kree), Haylee, Drayton (Trinity), baby Layla and her mother Carol Jackson, & Jayden Desjardin; grandchildren, Kaiden, Kiana, William, Demitria, Amara, Vayda, Elijah, Creeson, Emily, Kyrie, Rylie & Kyren; mother of his children, Tracy White; siblings, Anthony, Glenise (Debbie), Cheryl (Melvin), Carol, Bobby (Eileen), Leonard & Stewart; adopted sister, Sheryl “Tubby” Cardinal; uncle, Victor (Tina) Houle.

Frank was predeceased by his father, Louis; grandparents, Eva & Wilfred Favel, Baptiste & Christine Moosewah; uncle, Glen Houle.

A Wake will be held on Wednesday, June 7 (leaving Grace Gardens at 11:00 a.m.) at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 8 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Pastor Linda Burns will be officiating with interment in the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
