On Tuesday, April 4, 2023, Mr. Sylvio Rory Slevinsky passed away suddenly at his home in Fort Kent, Alberta at the age of 64 years.

Sylvio is survived by his loving family; his children, Jennifer (Mike) Severyn of Fort Kent, Alberta, Jamie (Kayla) Slevinsky of Bonnyville, Alberta, Jane (Sandy Shape) Slevinsky of Ardmore, Alberta; grandchildren, Brooke, Daniel, Aaliyah, Emma, Dmetro, Tammy, Edward; his siblings, Eileen (Gyll) Slevinsky-Ziegler of Fort Kent, Alberta, Tim (Sandra) Slevinsky of Fort Kent, Trina (Mark Lauzon) Dubeau of Bonnyville, Alberta, Michael Slevinsky of Fort Kent, Alberta, Tammy Cullum of Edmonton, Alberta; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

He is predeceased by his parents, Steve & Claire Slevinsky; and brother, Curtis Slevinsky.
