On March 15, 2023, at approximately 6:10 p.m., St. Paul RCMP were dispatched to a call of a shooting in Whitefish Lake. The victim is currently being treated for gunshot wounds – his condition is unknown at this time.
RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating a suspect vehicle which fled from police at the Spedden store, shortly after the shooting. It is described as:
Grey or silver Chevrolet pick-up
Extended cab
Missing handle on tailgate
Tires in box of truck
2 occupants
If you see this vehicle, please do not approach the occupants. Call 911 immediately.
