EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: Outside Sales Representative – Ducharme Motors

Ducharme Motors is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and responsible candidate to join our growing parts department. We require an organized and energetic individual to assist with further developing a Wholesale Parts customer base in our Lakeland area. The Outside Sales Representative position will require someone who can work with little supervision and is comfortable driving all year round as daily travel will be required.

Responsibilities:
• Using customer lists and local knowledge develop a territory plan/schedule to ensure regular coverage of customers, both existing & potential accounts.
• Monitor local market pricing and report to parts manager as needed
• Maintain call reports on all sales calls and submit to parts manager weekly
• Target new potential customer for mechanical parts, service, and collision parts opportunities
• Help maintain the parts department inventory and advise Parts Manager of evolving trends in parts requirements from the field
• Understand the Dealer Management System & other software/applications as necessary. (PBS experience considered an asset)
• Assist Independent Repair Facilities (IRF) with technical issues arising from software/application implementation
• Assist the Parts Manager in the day-to-day management of the CPWD program including candidate registrations, TSI User reviews, promotional & marketing tasks and other duties as required.
