Life sentence handed to Glendon man in second degree murder conviction
Anthony Bilodeau has received a life sentence.
In Edmonton earlier today, Bilodeau’s sentencing hearing was held after he and his father Roger Bilodeau were convicted in late May in the shootings of Jacob Sansom and Maurice Cardinal from March 2020.
Anthony Bilodeau was found guilty of second degree murder and manslaughter, while Roger Bilodeau received two counts of manslaughter, ten years with credit for time served.
In September, Roger Bilodeau had indicated an intention to appeal.
With the life sentence handed to Anthony, there is no chance of parole for at least 13 years.
