In Loving Memory: Rose Ella (Levasseur) Ducharme – Memento Funeral Chapel

With heavy hearts, the family of Rose Ella Ducharme née Levasseur of Bonnyville, Alberta announces her peaceful passing, with family by her side, on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at the age of 67 years, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Rose will be forever remembered and loved by her husband of 47 years: Denis; children: Ronald (Jennifer), Rachel (Ryan); grandsons: Jet & Dax Ducharme, Tayler, Ryan & Matthew Thorne; siblings: Carmen (Doug) Hopf, Louis (Paulette) Levasseur, Roland (Darce) Mercier; sisters-in-law: Suzanne Levasseur, Diana Levasseur; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Rose was predeceased by her parents: Yves & Madeleine Levasseur; brothers: Denis Levasseur, Paul Levasseur; parents-in-law: Omer Ducharme, Marthe (Ducharme) Kaehn; stepfather: Victor Kaehn.

Celebration of Life, Monday, January 9, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. (Eulogy will begin at 10:20 a.m.) at St. Louis Roman Catholic Church, Bonnyville, Alberta with Father Rene Realuyo officiating. A live-stream of the service will be made available on our website. Eulogist: Ronald Ducharme. Urn Bearer: Tayler Thorne. Honorary Urn Bearers: Sharon Ducharme, Darce Mercier, MarieLine Michaud, Paulette Rondeau, Muriel Sadlowski, Yvette Shostak, Yvonne Szydlik.
