With broken hearts and much love, the family of Lady Machatis-Soloway of Cold Lake First Nations, Alberta sadly announces her passing on Monday, December 19, 2022 at the tender age of 7 years, just one day short of celebrating her 8th birthday.

Lady will be lovingly remembered by her parents: Sheryl Machatis & Shannon Soloway; brothers: Dante Cardinal-Soloway, Kyle Soloway, Dominic Soloway, Alex Soloway; sisters: Sage Machatis, Autumn Soloway, Dayania Soloway; grandmother: Cecilia Machatis; niece: Sydney Perry; best friends: Lester Kremer, Memphis Desjarlais; as well as a large circle of aunts, uncles, extended family and friends who cherished her.

Lady is going into the arms of her grandfather: George Noel; grandparents: Viviane & Robert Desjarlais.

Lady will be Going Home to her mom, Sheryl’s residence for a 3 day wake on Friday, December 23, 2022, leaving Memento Funeral Chapel, Bonnyville at 1:00 p.m.

Funeral Service, Monday, December 26, 2022 at 10:30 a.m., Cold Lake First Nations Spiritual Centre , Cold Lake First Nations and proceeding to St. Raphael Catholic Church, Cold Lake First Nations to complete the service. Final Resting place, Cold Lake First Nations Community Cemetery. Pallbearers: Shannon Soloway, Gavin Perry, Elias Billette-Machatis, David Machatis, Dante Cardinal-Soloway, Jim Kremer.
