St. Paul RCMP public to drive safe and sober
St. Paul RCMP are reminding the public to drive safely and sober as we move into the holiday season.
Drivers are asked to arrange other means of transportation if they have been drinking. If another driver on the road is suspected to be impaired, call 911.
RCMP are also sharing the following reminders for safe winter driving:
- Adjust speed and space between other vehicles to match road conditions
- Look at the road ahead
- Keep your lights on
- Watch for black ice
- Use brakes safely
- Avoid using cruise control
RCMP are encouraging the public to report any instances of dangerous driving they witness in an effort to keep the roads safe for everyone
