On Thursday, December 1, 2022 Mrs. Ernestine Vivian Dion of Kehewin passed away at the Elk Point Health Care Centre at the age of 65 years.

Ernestine will be lovingly remembered by her husband; Jerry John, her children; Randy (Jen) Dion, Lori (George) Dion, Marcella (Lorne) Dion, Kirk Dion, Pat Dion, Cecile Dion, Gerry Dion, Daniel Dion, and Kaylene (Derek) Dion, 45 grandchildren, 12 Great grandchildren, step children: Karla, Karen, and Darren, her siblings; Irene Dion, Rose (Wayne) Cardinal, William (Betsy) Dion, Gilbert (Cindy) Dion, Sheila (Cliff) Smith, Geraldine Dion, Peter (Noreen) Dion, and Colleen (Elton) Dion, adopted children; Dusty, Wilma, Brandy, Nicole, Stacey, Jody, Jason, Conrad, Randell, Charlene, Mike, and Jordan.

Ernestine was predeceased by her children: Lawrence and Koni Dion, grandchild: Skylee Dion, parents: Peter and Victoria Dion, siblings: Henry and Albert Dion, and her stepsons: Joseph, Chris, and Lewis John, and Warren Shirt, and son in law: Blair Badger.

Leaving Northern Lights Funeral Chapel Bonnyville on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 2:00 pm going to the Kehewin Recreation Centre. Funeral Service; Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kehewin Recreation Centre.
