On November 26, 2022 Mr. Ricky Jackson of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 24 years.

He is survived by his family – sister, Caylon Ricquelle Jackson (Rudy Seenum), nephew, Ronan Jackson Seenum & niece, Pearl Jackson Seenum; his partner, Chelsea Roy; grandmother, Jean Jackson; adopted mother, Connie Jackson; sisters, Caroline Plante & Chaley Quinney (Roger Tyrlik); adopted siblings, Simona Cardinal & Matthew Cardinal; uncles, Rayburn Jackson, Flurian (Corinne) Jackson, Neil Jackson, Raymond Quinney (Miranda), Clarence Whitford & Thomas Quinney (Beverly); aunts, Agnes (Brian Baptiste), Jody (Erick) White; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.

Ricky was predeceased by his mother, Connie Melinda Quinney; father, Donald Ricky Jackson; grandparents, Flurian Desjarlais, Rita & Austin Quinney; uncles, Kenny Jackson, Emery Jackson, William Quinney, Alfred Quinney, Tony Quinney & Charlie Quinney; aunt, Aleda Cardinal.

A Wake will be held on Sunday, December 4 (leaving Grace Gardens at 3:00 p.m.) at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 5 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Reverend Father Michael Ngo & Elders will be officiating, with interment in United Church Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
