On September 26, 2022, Mr. Jullian Ross of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 16 years.

He is survived by his loving mother, Daphne (Dewey) Moses; loving father, Benjamin (Melvina) Southwind; grandparents, Rhoda Cardinal & Finlay Moses, Marilyn Southwind & Grant Chisel; 2 sisters & 1 brother, Lana, Ellyssa & Rowan; great-grandma, Barbara Stamp; great-grandparents, Charles & Mary Wood, & Giselle Wood; Godmother, Kannessa Cardinal; special uncles, Rance Cardinal & Chris Cardinal; aunts, Sherrie Cardinal, Jerrilynn Southwind, Rosanna (Archie) Jacobs & Melody (David) Ross; special cousins, Sandra Cardinal, Becky Cardinal-Rattlesnake, Mary Whiskeyjack, Brian (Jackie) Cardinal, Dennis (Eva) Cardinal, Wilfred Cardinal Sr. & many more; special grandparents, Stephanie Moses, Joan Moses, Helen Gadwa, Betty Ann Moses, Andrea Stamp, Nina Stamp, Jackie Stamp, Leroy Moses, Gerry Moses, Leon Moses, Gabriel Moses & Ronald Moses; special friends, Dr. McGonigal & the Edmonton Stollery Hospital.

Jullian was predeceased by his special uncles, Rayton Cardinal & Turban “Turbo” Cardinal; grandmother, Rachel Cardinal; aunts, uncles & cousins.

A Wake will be held on Wednesday, October 5 (leaving Grace Gardens at 2:00 p.m.) at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Rosary & Candlelight will begin at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, October 6 at 1:00 p.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.

Reverend Father Michael Ngo will be the celebrant, with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
