General Purpose of Position:
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to Education staff and to perform general administrative duties. Administrative duties include answering and transferring incoming calls, greeting and directing the general public to appropriate personnel, processing cheque requisitions in a timely fashion, handling incoming/outgoing correspondence, and handling routine inquiries regarding Saddle Lake schools, Daycare, Transportation, Post-Secondary, and Cultural Ed.
Education and Experience Requirements – the interested applicant will have:
- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma, Office Administrative Certificate or Business Admin.
- Administrative experience is an asset
- Driver’s license and own transportation
