The Bonnyville RCMP wants you to help them cram a cruiser with food items to help support families in need this Christmas season.

Pack the police car, stuff the squad car, or cram the cruiser, whatever you want to call it is happening on December 11 from 10:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. on the Sobey’s parking lot in Bonnyville.

Sgt. Sarah Parke is the Detachment Commander of the Bonnyville RCMP.

“The Bonnyville RCMP and its partners are collecting non-perishable food items for the local food bank to help support families in need this Christmas season,” Sgt. Parke said. “The last couple of years has been tough on everyone and we at the Bonnyville RCMP just want to do our part to help those who may need a little extra boost from a local food bank this holiday season.”

Sgt. Parke says there will be a police truck parked outside and their goal is to stuff it to the top with donations.

Let’s fill that Ford for a good cause!
