Aquatic centre at J.J. Parr re-opens to the public

The Col J.J. Parr Sports Centre’s pool is once again open to the public and aquafit and public swim times are available again as of Monday.

“We’re excited to have our swimmers back. Come join an Aquatfit Class, Lane Swim, or bring the kids out to a public swim. We look forward to seeing you,” said Aquatics Supervisor, Lesley Devost in a press release. 

Patrons will be required to provide proof of vaccination in accordance with mandated guidelines, the release says. Masks will still be required in all indoor settings unless specifically noted otherwise.
