The new mayor of Bonnyville appears to be Elisa Brosseau with 942 unofficial votes against Duane Zaraska’s 333 votes.
The councillors who will fill the six seats are David Sharun, Byron Johnson, Kayla Blanchette, Neil Langridge, Phil Kushnir, and incumbent Brian McEvoy.
These results indicate there would be five new councillors from the previous government, although David Sharun has been elected in year’s past.
