Lac La Biche County will soon have its first Tim Hortons franchise, with the store targeted to open in late summer 2022.
Canadian Commercial has been working with Lac La Biche County to plan and prepare to build the store, which will be located at 9024 90 Avenue in the hamlet of Lac La Biche (near the Bold Center).
Canadian Commercial is a development company responsible for bringing large corporate franchises to communities across Canada, including recent Tim Hortons projects in Houston, British Columbia and Marathon, Ontario. T
They plan to use contractors who are well-versed in creating Tim Hortons franchises to complete a quality, turn-key build, after which the store will be handed to a qualified restaurant operator to run.

Canadian Commercial will begin construction on the Tim Hortons franchise in spring 2022.
