RCMP capture alleged side by side thieves
The RCMP arrested four people recently for a stolen all-terrain vehicle.
On June 5, the Goodfish Lake RCMP Detachment officers located a side by side at a convenience store parking lot that was on its side.

Cpl. Deanna Fontaine is a Media Relations Officer with the Alberta RCMP.
“It was known to police that a side by side had been stolen earlier that same day,” Cpl. Fontaine told Lakeland Connect in a email. “The individuals had fled the area upon police arrival and further investigation led to the identification of a number of suspects.”
Cpl. Fontaine says the Goodfish Lake RCMP, along with the assistance of St. Paul RCMP, and Cold Lake Police Dog Services, located and arrested four subjects in connection with the stolen ATV.
Wade Austin Gladue, 22, of Saddle Lake Cree Nation, Julian Bernie Halfe, 28, of Fort Saskatchewan, Alicia Hunter-Favel, 20, of Saddle Lake Cree Nation, and Hailey Steinhauer-Salopree, 19, of St. Paul were charged.
Cpl. Fontaine says these matters have since been dealt with before the courts. No more information was provided by the RCMP.
