An evening accident during the supper hour in the Town of Bonnyville slowed traffic for a short period of time last night.
At 6:54 p.m. the Bonnyville Regional Fire Authority and Station 5 responded to a two vehicle MVC at the intersection of 50 Ave and 46 Street.
Dan Heney is the Regional Deputy Chief with the Bonnyville Regional Fire Authority.
“A pickup pulling a trailer was travelling North through the intersection when it was struck by a minivan travelling East,” Deputy Chief Heney told Lakeland Connect. EMS assessed both drivers and a passenger from the pickup, but all were released without transport.”
Both vehicles required a tow due to the extent of the damage.
