Fire restriction in County of St. Paul
The County of St. Paul is under a fire restriction as of today, April 19.
According to the announcement of the restriction, it is being imposed because of the dry conditions in the County of St. Paul.
Fire permits are suspended no new fire permits will be issued until further notice.
Open fires are forbidden.
Camp fires in approved fire pits are still allowed, as are gas or propane stoves, barbecues, and portable propane fire pits.
No Camp fires, open fires, or charcoal briquettes are allowed in back country or random camping areas.
The County of Vermilion River, County of Smoky Lake, and County of Two Hills also have fire restrictions in effect.
