Cold Lake RCMP seek help identifying thief
Cold Lake RCMP are asking for help identifying a thief who stole a jacket and wallet from the back of a chair in the Tim Horton’s at the Tri-City Mall on Feb. 19.
According to a media release, the thief was wearing a snow camo hunting parka, black pants, black shoes with white soles, and a black Puma hat. They were also carrying a light coloured Adidas backpack.
