RCMP respond to shots fired in Saddle Lake
On July 4, 2020, at 6:09 a.m., the St. Paul RCMP received a call of shots fired at a residence in the Saddle Lake Cree Nation.
Multiple RCMP resources were responded to the residence, including RCMP Police dog services, the RCMP Emergency Response Team and the RCMP Air Services.
Two individuals were in the residence. After a period of time, the individuals exited the residence and were arrested without further incident.
There were no injuries during the incident. A firearm was seized at the residence.
The St. Paul RCMP’s investigation into this matter continues.
