Bonnyville Household Toxic Roundup cancelled

Bonnyville’s Toxic Roundup from 2017.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Bonnyville Household Toxic Roundup has been cancelled.

The Toxic Roundup Committee made the decision April 30th in order to comply with regulations put in place by the Alberta Government.

“As a result of Public Health Orders issued by the Alberta Government, we’ve decided against holding the event this year,” said Brad Ollen, committee liaison and Waste Supervisor for the Municipal District of Bonnyville.

“Our priority is to keep our residents and staff safe and healthy through this pandemic.”

Town residents looking to forge ahead with their clean up, can contact the Public Works Maintenance Shop at 780-826-3550 or visit town.bonnyville.ab.ca/public-works to confirm where they can take their materials.
