Police are looking to identify human remains found along Range Road 203A earlier this week near Redwater.
On Jan. 4, at 8:00 a.m., the Redwater RCMP responded to a complaint in a field on Range Road 203A where human remains were located.
The RCMP determined the situation was suspicious.
An autopsy is scheduled this week in order to determine the cause of death.
The RCMP are working with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to identify the remains.
No further information is currently available, police said.
