BACKGROUND
St. Paul RCMP are asking for public assistance to locate 18-year-old Adrian Lipinski. Adrian was reported missing from St. Paul on Dec. 3, 2019. St. Paul RCMP have a concern for his safety and well-being and would like to speak with him.
Adrian is described as:
- Caucasian
- 6’0” tall
- Approximately 165 lbs
- Blonde hair
- Blue eyes
