With the cold snap in temperatures and snowy conditions over the weekend, Cold Lake RCMP said there was a flurry of accidents and collisions in and outside the city.
From Friday evening to Monday late afternoon, 18 collisions or accidents have been reported to the Cold Lake mounties with the poor road conditions being a factor.
Bonnyville RCMP did not respond by press time for a number of collisions over the weekend.
Not all of the incidents were responded to by Cold Lake RCMP but reported after the fact.
