Northern Lights to name 2019 Friends of Education Awards next week

Next week, Northern Lights Public Schools will be hosting Welcome Back Breakfasts in Ardmore, Lac La Biche and Cold Lake to welcome staff back to school.

Northern Lights be using this opportunity to announce their 2019 Friends of Education Award recipients.

They said this year NLPS will be recognizing one individual in Cold Lake and two in Lac La Biche.

All of the breakfasts start at 9 a.m. with a brief program and the Friends of Education Awards presentations starting around 9:30-9:45 a.m.

Please feel free to join us for breakfast and help us kick off the school year.

Wednesday, August 28 – Ardmore School, 9 a.m. for all Bonnyville and area staff
Thursday, August 29 – Aurora Middle School, Lac La Biche, 9 a.m. for all Lac La Biche and area staff
Friday, August 30 – Cold Lake Middle School, 9 a.m. for all Cold Lake staff
