Cold Lake RCMP request assistance to identify suspect in break and enter

On May 31, 2019, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Cold Lake RCMP were dispatched to a break and enter overnight at the City of Cold Lake Transfer Station.

Video surveillance was provided to RCMP.  The suspect gained entry at 5:20 a.m. by throwing a boulder through a window.  Upon entry, a scanner and a cell phone were stolen and additionally the suspect made an attempt to gain entry into the safe.

The suspect is described as a younger, lighter skinned male and was wearing a baseball cap, black sweat shirt, dark jeans, a white belt and a red item sticking out of his left back pocket.
