Bonnyville RCMP arrested a prolific offender after receiving a complaint of a suspicious person on a resident’s property on Jan. 7.
Dean Gamache was later identified to RCMP members as the suspicious person.
He was seen driving and attempted to flee, but due to road conditions was unable, said Cpl. Kim Hillier.
Gamache was arrested for driving while unauthorized, flight from police, and failing to comply (2x). He went before a judge on Jan. 10 and was remanded until Jan. 22.
His next appearance in court is Jan. 22 in Cold Lake.
In 2018, Gamache was wanted for possession of stolen property and driving while unauthorized, and located a week later in Edson.
