Truck involved in break-and-enter at Lakeland Co-op

RCMP are investigating two break-and-enters from late Tuesday evening, early Wednesday morning in Glendon and Bonnyville. It is unknown whether the cases are related.

At approximately 2:25 AM on November 14, 2018, Bonnyville RCMP were dispatched to a break-in at the Korner Mart in Glendon, Alberta. The suspects backed a white four-door Ford Super Duty Pickup Truck into the main doors of the store.  The truck had no left brake light and no licence plate.

The three suspects in the truck appeared to be two adult males and one youth male with a slight build. The suspects, who all wore face masks, stole an empty cash drawer, cigarettes, as well as various food items and beverages.
Bonnyville RCMP then responded to a Break-in at the Bonnyville Lakeland Co-op at approximately 3:51 AM the same morning.  An early 2000’s Chevrolet Silverado, gold in colour, backed into the front doors to gain access to the store.  The suspects are described as two males, one female, all wearing face masks and blue coveralls.
From the Co-op, suspects stole two safes and a deposit box of tobacco products.  The total estimated value of property stolen is $2,690.70.
