Fatal fire in Frog Lake

This morning, Elk Point RCMP responded to a report of a structure fire on the Frog Lake First Nation. Tragically, the remains of two adults were located inside.

Emergency crews responded at approximately 8:15 am to a mobile home. The home was fully engulfed and an fire investigator was also called to the scene.

Elk Point RCMP remain on scene and the investigation into the fire continues. An autopsy is expected to be completed Friday at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Edmonton.
