Stolen Vehicle Found at Co-op; Gamache Found

RCMP arrested two people in possession of a stolen truck found at the Co-op in Bonnyville last Monday.

22 year old, Wyatt Whitford, and a 17 year old, were arrested in possession of break and enter tools, bearspray, and a meth pipe.

Whitford was under house arrest at the time.

Whitford’s first court appearance was yesterday.

Dean Gamache has been found in Edson.

Gamache, 28, was wanted for possession of stolen property, failure to comply with probation, and driving while disqualified.

He was arrested last Monday in a vehicle with a stolen license plate on Township Road 564 near Grande Prairie Trail.

When identified he provided a false name to officers.

Bonnyville RCMP were looking for Gamache while executing a search warrant earlier this month at a house in the M.D. At that time they recovered some of the stolen property.
