Effective immediately, the County of St. Paul is under a Fire Ban. The Fire Ban reads as follows:
- No open fires are allowed in campgrounds or in any other area within the County.
- All fire permits are suspended or cancelled, and no new fire permits will be issued until further notice.
This order does not apply to:
- Portable propane fire pits, that are CSA approved or UL certified and are designed for cooking or heating.
- Gas or propane stoves and barbeques, that are CSA approved or UL certified and are designed for cooking or heating.
