A fire advisory has been issued for the County of St. Paul. Due to high winds and dry conditions a level 2 advisory has been set in place.

A level 2 advisory calls for safe campfires permitted in County campgrounds or County areas.

Existing fire permits will be honoured, however issuance of new fire permits may not be permitted. Issuance of fire permits for other burning may be restricted.

A level 4 fire advisory would call for a complete fire ban, which is not something the County has issued at this time.

For more information on the advisory visit the County of St. Paul online or call 780-645-4100.
