The Municipal District of Bonnyville Council has accepted Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Chris Cambridge’s resignation, says Reeve Greg Sawchuk.
Council will now begin the search for a new CAO, which may take some time. In the interim, Council has appointed Director of Planning and Development, Caroline Palmer as acting CAO.
“Council wishes Chris Cambridge well in his future endeavours,” says Sawchuk. “Council is confident in the capabilities of M.D. staff and it is business as usual at the M.D. of Bonnyville.”
Cambridge’s final day with the M.D. is Monday, May 14, 2018.
