New Principal Appointments for LCSD
Lakeland Catholic School District is excited to announce new appointments of three principals for the upcoming school year (2018-2019).
Vince Spila has been appointed principalship of École Notre Dame High School. He has been with the district for the last thirty years working as a teacher and an administrator in the Cold Lake and Bonnyville communities.
Vince has been principal of École Dr. Brosseau Middle School for the last eight years. He brings a wealth of experience in technology and public relations in a dynamic leadership style to École Notre Dame High School.
Vince said, “It has been an absolute blessing to work alongside such wonderful colleagues, students and parents at École Dr. Brosseau School for the last ten years and I will miss them. I look forward to the new opportunity to work with staff, students and parents at ÉNDHS while continuing to enhance existing programs.”
Michele Revoy has been appointed principalship of École Dr. Brosseau Middle School. She has been with the district for the last eighteen years working as an administrator in both Cold Lake and Bonnyville.
Michele has been principal of Assumption Junior/Senior High School for the last eight years. She brings a broad range of experience in programming and stakeholder relations within a servant leadership style to École Dr. Brosseau Middle School.
Michele said, “Over the last eight years, I have been so fortunate to be part of the Assumption School family and I will treasure the many wonderful memories I have made there. I am looking forward to working with the students, staff and parents of École Dr. Brosseau Middle School and with the many excellent programs already in place there. It will be a pleasure to be part of such a great team.”
Chantel Axani-Rawlake has been appointed principalship of Assumption Junior/Senior High School. She has been with the district for the last ten years working as a teacher and an administrator in the Cold Lake and Bonnyville communities.
Chantel has been principal of École Notre Dame High School for the last year. She brings a great deal of experience in curriculum and instruction within an innovative leadership style toAssumption Junior/Senior High School.
Chantel said, “Lakeland Catholic is my home. I have been so blessed this past year to work with the students, staff and parents of École Notre Dame High School. My time at ÉNDHS has been so positive and reaffirms my decision to be a school leader. I am excited to move into the position of principal at Assumption and I look forward to serving the students, staff and parents there in the upcoming school year.”
