Bonnyville Woman Charged with Assaulting Police Officers

On April 11th at 8:00 pm, RCMP were called to attend a residence in the Sportsman Trailerpark, in Bonnyville, to remove a person. The person was on conditions and was found to be breaching those conditions.

Upon RCMP arrive, the person was arrested and brought back to jail. Where the person became belligerent and assault towards to the officers that was booking her into jail.

A 41 year old, female, from Bonnyville, has been charged with two counts of assaulting a police officer. One count of breaching a recognizance and four counts of breaching a probation order.
